TECHNICAL INTERN TRAINING PROGRAM
UNDER MOC BETWEEN GOVERNMENT OF JAPAN & GOVERNMENT OF INDIA
TECHNICAL INTERN TRAINING PROGRAM (TITP) is a work-training program providing prestigious employment opportunities for Indian youth in Japan, administered by the Japan International Training Cooperation Organization (JITCO). The purpose of the program is to transfer Skills to candidates who will form a basis of economic development in India and Japan and play an important role in Indo-Japan’s International cooperation and contribution. The program allows candidates to acquire and master the skills of the Japanese Industries and professions under the employment relationship.
The government run internship program was first established in 1993.
Kosuke Intern Training Centre (KITC) provides necessary training for TITP.
It also provides assured placement in Japan, in association with Roshi Consultants & Learnet Skills Ltd. under TITP.

Some of our students who have received offer letters and are working in Japan in several skill profiles are shown above. In all, 24 students from Kosuke ITC have reached and are working in Japanese companies. Further, around 10 placements are targeted every month from December 2022 onwards.

Salary/ Facilities & Savings in Japan
The candidate can easily expect a wage of 900 – 1000 JPY (Japanese Yen) per hour. Overtime on weekends or holidays will be 135% of the base wage rate and weekdays overtime will be 125% of JPY per hour. This converts to approximately Rs. 1.00 to 1.25 Lakh per month. The Indian candidates who are already working in Japan under this program, shared their experiences in the last 6 – 8 months. According to them, the basic living expenses in Japan includes – Accommodation, Transportation, Gas, Electricity, Water, Taxes, Insurance etc. approximately Rs. 50000 Per month. The candidate can look forward to saving approximately Rs. 50000 – 60000 per month, which leads to a minimum savings of Rs. 20 Lakhs in 3 years.
